Letter to the family

Hello, my name is Justine, I’m 22 years old and I’m from France.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of living abroad, not only to improve my English, but also to experience a real cultural exchange. What better way to do so than by becoming part of a family and helping children grow?

I would love to share with my future host family some of my language, French traditions and cooking, and I would be very happy if they feel comfortable enough to do the same with me. I am passionate about sports, cooking, reading and outdoor activities. I love staying active, whether it’s going for a walk, playing sports, or simply spending time outside. I’m also fond of museum.

I am an open-minded and empathetic person. I enjoy being creative and always find ways to keep myself and the children I look after happily occupied. Taking care of children has taught me patience, responsibility and imagination, and I look forward to bringing these qualities into your home.

Experience

haven’t yet had the chance to work as an au pair, but I have done babysitting several times, taking care of children, and more recently, my niece.

I have always dreamed of living in a foreign country to improve my English. And since I am the youngest in my family, I have always dreamed of having little brothers or sisters to take care of and have fun with, just as my older brothers did with me.
That's why becoming an au pair seemed like the perfect solution, as it offers the chance to immerse myself in a family’s daily life while being in constant contact with children. After all, what better way to embrace a culture than by supporting a family and caring for their children?

For me, the au pair experience is the ideal balance: it allows me to discover a country and its culture while being both helpful and supported.
