I have been taking care of my little sister until she was six years old since she was born. When she was still a baby, I would feed her on time, change her diapers, tend to her emotional needs, cheer her up when she cried, soothe her to sleep, accompany her in learning to speak and walk and ensure she grew up in a safe and loving environment. After she started kindergarten, I would pick her up from school, play with her at home, tell her stories, and teach her about kindness. She is now 12 years old and has always been very fond of me. As we come from a single-parent family, my mom has a very busy job, so a nanny takes care of her during weekdays, while I take care of my sister during holidays and nights. I'd like to become an Au Pair because I want to explore my authentic self in a harmonious, safe and new environment.
