Letter to the family

Hello! My name is Noelle and I am currently in my third year of college in North Carolina.
I have been a babysitter throughout all my years in high school and college and have created a network of people that I now babysit for at least once a week. I love taking kids to the park, and different restaurants around town, hanging out at the house and playing games outside, or doing arts and crafts. I find so much joy in hanging out with kids, learning about their creative ideas, and having conversations with them and I find that being able to travel around the world while also having a fun job like this would be a win-win. I am so excited to get to know a family and learn about a new town or city that they are familiar with as well as explore new places with them.

Experience

Over the last year, and getting ready for my next step in life, I have realized that I would really like to be abroad for the summer. My sole job throughout the last four years has been babysitting and it made me realize how much I love being around kids and caring for them. I couldn't think of a better idea than to travel to another country and do the job I love most. I am excited to be in a country that I am unfamiliar with. I see myself thriving in environments that allow me to go outside of my comfort zone and have many places to explore and learn about. After traveling to as many places as I could in the last couple of years, I found how joyful it made me feel when I am in new places and I think that being an Au Pair would allow me to challenge myself in ways that would benefit me for the rest of my life.
