Hi there! My name is Elizabeth Rose . People call me Ella. I am 19 years old and have always wanted to work in the child care industry. After graduating high school I began a job as a childrens disability support worker in which I worked one on one with children with different disabilities ranging from minor emotional regulation struggles to severe autism or other disorders. After a few months I began taking my course to achieve my y Childhood Education Level 1 Degree, and started a job as a program leader at an out of school care program in my city called Its A BLAST. In this job I cared for children before and after school, and full time during the summer. I have always loved working with children and building close connections with each of the children I work with to ensure the best quality care and support I can give them during the most crucial stages in their life. I have a deep love for travelling, however working in the childcare industry, sometimes it can be difficult to make time for big adventures to other countries. This is why working as an au pair has always been a dream in the back of my mind, however I was never quite sure how to get started so I never thought to try. But now, here I am, beginning the search to see if I can make my dream a reality.
