Dearest Host Families,

I have recently left school after successfully completing my A-Levels, where I did French, English Literature and Philosophy. I am taking a gap year where I would love to spend time in Paris before going to Edinburgh University to study Philosophy.
I loved studying French culture and language, which inspires me to live in Paris, a beautiful city.
I am very independent, reliable and can think on my feet. I am used to cooking for friends and family, cleaning and have also done baby-sitting for neighbours. You can trust me to look after your children and maintain a nurturing environment for them.
As I was a full-time boarder, I haven’t worked in professional childcare before. However, I have worked as a volunteer at many charity events. I was also Head Student within my school and had many roles where I cared for younger students; demonstrating how I am organised, trusted and nurturing.
