I come from a small town in the northwest of France where I grew up with my parents and my brother. My childhood was pretty ordinary, I played Lego, the pet store and dolls in the bedroom after school, I made up loads of stories full of adventure. Every summer I went to visit my grandparents near the sea, I spent my days at the beach catching crabs. My parents and teachers instilled in me values of open-mindedness, sharing kindness and ecological values. After high school, I moved to pursue my higher education. I lived alone in my apartment for two years of study, which allowed me to learn how to manage my daily life. This is where I met some of my friends, classmates with whom I shared my daily life and unforgettable experiences. They are always there to support me in all projects and during this year have become like a second family in my eyes.
I have always wanted to travel around the world but my English level needs improvement. Going as an au pair is an experience that I have dreamed of since I was a teenager. For me, this will be the start of a great journey. It's a way to improve my language skills while doing work that I love. Living directly with a family will allow me to better immerse myself in the local culture and way of life.

My first experience in childcare was when I was 16 years old. At that time, I was providing tutoring in a neighborhood of my city, with children aged 6 to 10, some of whom were having difficulty at school. I enjoyed helping these children. Then, I worked in an after-school reception center in a school. I learned a lot about the behavior of children in a community and I saw them evolve in their free time. I then worked in my town's leisure center with children aged 3 to 5 and 6 to 10 years old. I really enjoyed introducing them to new things. I learned to manage a group of children, to listen to them talk about what they like or what concerns them. I currently work as a live-in nanny. I have two families, regularly one in the morning and one in the evening, with two children aged 4 and 8 and 5 and 7 years old. I try to please them by accompanying them in the activities they want to do. This support allows me to help them develop their creativity. A real bond has been created between me and the children I look after. They are happy to play with me and I like teaching them to do new things. Together we make cakes, bracelets and more. In good weather, we go playing outside, cycling, building a cabin, collecting snails (the children really enjoyed making a little cabin for them, feeding them, etc.)
