Letter to the family
My name is Yennifer Tatiana , I am 30 years old and I live in Neiva Huila Colombia with my parents. My mother's name is Mayury Jurado and she is a Housewife and my father's name is Silvio Vargas Parra and he works as an Independent Trader in Neiva Huila Colombia. I have a name of 24 year old brother / 6 year old younger sister. We are a very united, sociable and communicative family.
My family is so big and I love it. My mother has four sisters and five brothers, and my father has two sisters and three brothers, so I have many little uncles, aunts, and cousins. I love children and I am the oldest so I have always been taking care of my sister when my father was at work and my mother has some diligence to do; also to my little cousins on vacation, preparing their food, helping them with homework, playing games and doing crafts together. I have always been surrounded by children!
When I finished high school, I decided to study Public Accounting. I started working and I paid for college myself; For me, it was one of the most important decisions of my life, it has taught me to appreciate many things, to be much more responsible than I was before I left and to mature as a person.
I have always been very active and hard-working, that's why I tried to help at home, combining my studies with different jobs while living away from home, returning to Zaragoza in the summer to babysit. I love working with children because they know how to get the best out of me and I try to teach them to do my best. It is a very rewarding job.
My family and friends say that I am a very motherly, responsible and loving person, also, I love children, so this year I decided to fulfill my dream of being an au pair. They support my decision and are very happy for me. I am delighted to have the opportunity to improve my English, learn about your lifestyle, your habits and your country, which I admire very much.
And what better way than doing what I love! I love spending time with children and learning everything they can teach me every day. They learn a lot from us, but we learn more from them than we think. For me, it is wonderful to see them grow with us and learn, little by little, to be more independent.

Mi nombre es Yennifer Tatiana , tengo 30 años y vivo en Neiva Huila Colombia con mis padres. El nombre de mi madre es Mayury Jurado y ella es Ama de casa y el nombre de mi padre es Silvio Vargas Parra y él trabaja como Comerciante Independiente en Neiva Huila Colombia. Tengo un nombre de hermano de 24 años / hermana menor 6 años. Somos una familia muy unida, sociable y comunicativa.
Mi familia es tan grande y me encanta. Mi madre tiene cuatro hermanas y cinco hermanos, y mi padre tiene dos hermanas y tres hermanos, así que tengo muchos tíos, tías y primos pequeños. Me encantan los niños y soy la mayor por lo que siempre he estado cuidando a mi hermana cuando mis padre estaba en el trabajo y mi madre tiene alguna diligencia en hacer; también a mis primos pequeños en vacaciones, preparando su comida, ayudándoles con la tarea, jugando y haciendo manualidades juntos. ¡Siempre he estado rodeado de niños!
Cuando terminé el bachillerato, decidí estudiar Contaduría Pública. Empecé a trabajar y yo misma me pague la universidad; Para mí, fue una de las decisiones más importantes de mi vida me ha enseñado a apreciar muchas cosas, a ser mucho más responsable de lo que era antes de irme ya madurar como persona.
Siempre he sido muy activa y trabajadora, por eso traté de ayudar en casa compaginando mis estudios con diferentes trabajos mientras vivía fuera de casa, volviendo a Zaragoza en verano para cuidar niños. Me encanta trabajar con niños porque saben cómo sacar lo mejor de mí y trato de enseñarles a hacer lo mejor. Es un trabajo muy gratificante.
Mi familia y mis amigos dicen que soy una persona muy maternal, responsable y cariñosa, además, amo a los niños, así que este año decidí cumplir mi sueño de ser una au pair .Apoyan mi decisión y están muy felices por mí. Estoy encantado de tener la oportunidad de mejorar mi inglés, conocer tu estilo de vida, tus hábitos y tu país, que admiro mucho.
¡Y qué mejor manera que haciendo lo que amo! Me encanta pasar tiempo con los niños y aprender todo lo que pueden enseñarme todos los días. Aprenden mucho de nosotros, pero nosotros aprendemos más de ellos de lo que pensamos. Para mí, es maravilloso verlos crecer con nosotros y aprender, poco a poco, a ser más independientes.
