Dear lovely host family,

I'm pleased to meet you. My name is Thipphawan but you can call me, Thip. My strengths are I'm friendly, flexible, positive thinking, hardworking, enthusiastic to learn new things, open-minded, and highly responsible. Some of the things I value most in life is love, kindness, honesty, respect and open-mindedness. I think happiness is the most important thing in life and something people should strive for everyday and never settle for less.

Right now I'm currently an au pair for a host family in Sweden who taking care of lovely twins. They're a very nice family. We do have a great year together during when I'm being as their au pair. Unfortunately, I'm about to end up my contract 1 year soon. I still have the pleasure and enthusiastic of being an au pair And looking for a lovely family next year to make a great year to each other.

Experience

I've 2 nieces. I cared when they were 6 months until 3 years old. My responsibility was picking them up from school and to do activities together, Other duties were feeding them, changing diapers, giving them showers, waking them up in the morning and putting them down to nap. These experiences made me realize how much I love children and taught me how to get along well with them.

Moreover, I love to be a volunteer. When I studied in the University, I participated with volunteer every year. I had an opportunity to take care of the children and I did a lot of activities to bring happiness to them. My responsibilities were taking them to exercise in the morning, did many activities and cooked lunch for them. I also participated as a teacher volunteer with The Mirror Foundation in Northern Thailand. I taught children who live in the mountains area and I helped the community by creating firebreaks and checking dams for the villages where the children live. As a volunteer, I learned how to be with different types of children so I can apply it to the challenges that arise when I become an au pair.

When I was in the University, I liked to do lots of activities. This made me meet all types of people, so I'm able to work well with different personalities. People tell me that I am a good example of a steady, considerate and reliable worker.

There are many reasons I would like to be an au pair. First of all, I'm looking for an au pair program as an opportunity to develop myself. I love to do activities with children, enjoy playing with them, and have fun together. I also love to see them grow up, to support them, and to spend a lot of time with them. Surely, I will be able to grow as a person and learn new experiences from this opportunity. At the same time, I'll also make a lot of good friends, which is a good chance to learn different languages and exchange different amazing cultures. These are the reasons why I want to be an au pair.
