I have already taken care of two children, a 3 year old girl, I would arrive at her house, give her a bottle, change her clothes, brush her teeth, fix her hair, and we would play at lunch time, I would give her lunch and let her watch a little. and put her to sleep, and get ready for lunch and had some free time, when she woke up I would get her ready and take her to a playground near the house and then I would finish my time.
And I also took care of a 3-year-old boy, I picked him up from school, took him home, gave him a bath, food and left him watching until his parents arrived and on the weekends I watched him too
