Greetings! My name is Francesca and I am a Registered Nurse in the United States. I would love to come and work for you as a caregiver for children or elderly. I am a nurse with five years of experience with ages anywhere from newborn to hospice. I also grew up with fours siblings and have experience with children and adults with disabilities from my own siblings as well as in my work. I understand the importance of having someone to care for your family members especially in family units that appreciate, value and support working moms. I am Basic Life Saving, Advanced Cardiac Lifesaving and Pediatric Advanced Lifesaving certified. I have also attended other trainings and hold certifications such as Trauma Nurse Core Course and Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course. I am a kind, active, well read, fun loving but also disciplined individual.

Experience

As a registered nurse I have developed important skills in safely completing activities of daily living such as toileting, cleaning and bathing, goal setting, skin care etc. This is true for newborns to hospice age elderly. As an older sibling to three children, two of which with disabilities, I have developed a keen sense for negotiating, teaching and patiently caring for people. I have also learned these skills in my nursing career. I always believe in safety first, but know that learning and exploring is important for people of all ages and help our brains stay healthy and happy. I have a deep understanding of medication regimens, sides effects and dangers. I am well practiced in identifying life threatening disease processes, signs and symptoms of emergent conditions and understand how to react to emergencies in the home.
