Letter to the family

Dear host family, it's so nice to meet you!

My name is Liv, I am 19 years old and live in Germany.

I already have experience in childcare and I am a very open-minded, friendly and approachable person, who loves to learn from other cultures.

I am currently still at school. However, I will graduate in July this year. My plan is to do a gap year. In 2025 I would like to study Business Administration at a university.
In 2021/2022 I did an exchange year in the USA and went to a high school in Mississippi.
In addition to school, I work as a hostess at events. I really enjoy it because it's very varied and I get to know lots of people.

I have a little sister who is 7 years old. Even though I don't live with her, I spend a lot of time with her and we always have fun when we see each other.
During my year abroad I had 2 host sisters who were 3 and 5. I babysat them a lot and spent a lot of time with them in the afternoons after school. Even though they are not my biological sisters, we have a very close bond.
Furthermore, I have also often looked after the children of my parents' friends.
