As I once told a friend, "to work well is to love someone else's child as your own knowing at some point you must say goodbye." Truth is, I would do it again and again just to see the proud look of satisfaction from parents and the elation on child's face.

Hi there! My name is Chadaé and I'm from the beautiful Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago.
I come from a very athletic family where my three sisters and I pursued swimming and volleyball respectively.
My passion however was discovered "out the pool" as I followed my heart into the field of childcare. It seemed fitting as my affable and empathetic personality can't resist the pull of a tiny human. ?

I am absolutely passionate about seeing children thrive holistically and reach their full potential.
I find great joy in being a part of the growth in a child's life as they exceed cognitive and socio-emotional milestones, express themselves using rich language and communication skills.

My greatest honor has been the trust parents have in allowing me to not only enter their home but be a part of their lives as well as their children's lives. Partnering with them is truly a privilege I do not take lightly.

When I'm not working, I can be found enjoying an episode of Chicago Med while eating some delicious food and snacks (major foodie) I'm also a writer of poetry and take time to hone my craft.

Throughout the years, I have had experience both as a volunteer in children's homes, tutoring at risk teens as well as being contracted by families for my developmental services.
To date, I have had the distinct privilege of working with tourists who placed their trust in me while on vacation to Trinidad.
I also love learning and continue to develop my skills in the areas of child psychology, studying medicinal aspects of basic childcare as well as strategies for effective parenting and discipline.
