Hello, my name is Kiley, and I’m a 20-year-old college student from San Francisco, California, currently studying business at the University of Oregon. Caring for children has always been a big part of my life—I have a younger brother and grew up looking after him, as well as my cousins, in addition to babysitting children from multiple families, both in my hometown and where I attend college. I genuinely love working with kids, creating a fun and nurturing environment where they feel safe, happy, and engaged. As an au pair nanny, I would bring warmth, patience, and enthusiasm, always prioritizing the needs of the children while also supporting the family however I can.

I believe I am highly qualified for this role because of my extensive hands-on experience with children of different ages and personalities. I am naturally kind, responsible, and adaptable, with strong communication skills that allow me to connect with kids and understand their needs. I know how to balance fun and structure, whether it’s organizing creative activities, helping with schoolwork, or maintaining daily routines. I am also dependable and proactive, always ready to step in and assist with whatever is needed. For three summers, I worked as a volleyball coach, teaching kids ages 5-13, strengthening my ability to lead, encourage, and adapt to different learning styles.
