I am Makayla. I am 22 years old, seeking work as an au pair! Not only do I have a lot of experience with childcare, but I love doing it! It's not a just a job for me; I bond really well with children and have a vested interest in seeing them flourish into successful, happy, educated citizens. I want to help children become the best version of themselves and show them all the fun and happiness that life has to offer. I have held many childcare jobs including a camp counselor, full time nanny, daycare worker, youth basketball coach, and babysitter. I have been described as the perfect balance between stern and laidback, as I want children to have fun and enjoy life, but also want to teach them respect, self-control, and emotional regulation. I am a Psych Major and therefore have an increased understanding for human emotion, which adds another layer to my qualifications.
