Cecilie (20 / Ms. ), Danish, Administration living in Denmark looking for Au Pair & Nanny job in Scotland, USA & United Kingdom for 1-24 Months

Hi, About me: I grew up in a small town about 30 minutes outside of Copenhagen. I grew up in the countryside, but I didn't grow up on a farm but I've been a part of a family living on a farm located about one mile from my house. They had three small children when I started, age 6 months, 3 years, and 4 years of age. I started coming there when I was 10 and by now they are more like family and I really love those kids. Because of all the years, I've been at the farm I have a really good feeling of what it takes to make a family function and how it is to come in as an "outsider" and be a part of a family. I spent 5 months as an au pair in Ireland, which was en expereince i really loved and therefore I'm now looking to try as an au pair in the US. I am really easygoing and enjoy nature a lot, I love spending my free time reading. I come from a close-knit family, I have a younger brother and of course my parents. My mom herself went to San Francisco as an Au-pair when she was young, so she's really excited on my behalf. I'm hoping to find someone to stay with for any time period ranging around a 1 year. I have a lot of childcare experience, both from the children on the farm, babysitting and as an au pair in Ireland. I have watched anything from 2 weeks to 13 years and I would say I have a fairly good handle on kids. I will of course respect whatever way you choose to parent and always enforce your values and not my own. I'm looking to become a part of a family, just learn and I've always loved America, so I wanted to experience it first hand.
