Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello, we are a multi-national family living in the south of Germany and looking for some help in day-to-day life with small children. We have three children (1,3, and 5), and speak German, English and Finnish at home.
Baden-Baden is a beautiful town. It is small, but has everything one needs. There is a language school, where you could learn German, and the bus stop is only 200m away from our house.

Job Description

The job at our house will entail helping me with the kids for on hour in the morning (making breakfast, getting them dressed, getting things together for daycare), and then again for a few hours in the afternoon. We generally either have some friends of the kids over to play, or go to the nearby cafe or playground for the afternoon. We live in a very green area, and try to spend time outside.
They also love to do arts and crafts and be creative.
If you can think of some fun and messy things to do like homemade slime or play dough they will love you.
Since my husband usually spends at least one night a week away from home, I would also appreciate help with dinner and bedtimes doing those days.

We live in a two-story house, and mostly occupy the top. In the bottom would be your own bedroom, full bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and also a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a gym room with a Peloton bike and treadmill, as well as a sauna.
Our family life normally takes place upstairs, so you would have a lot of privacy.
