Welcome Letter to the Au Pair
We are a small family of three who live with their dog in a beautiful house in Trier.
Our son Benji was born in April 2023. Since my husband and I are both self-employed, we are looking for a lovely au pair for 12 months from Oct/Nov 2024 who will look after our child and help with the household.
We hope that you are open-minded, enjoy life and interacting with small children and enjoy being active. Good communication is also important to us. Because most problems can be solved if they are simply addressed openly. Roxanne learned this during her own au pair experiences.
You can look forward to your own bedroom and bathroom and occasional vacations with us. We also celebrate many festivals.
Job Description
You have 2 days a week completely free.
Our day:
In the morning we usually have breakfast together around 9/10 a.m. During the week we look after Benji together, so you'll also have of time for yourself too. It's about dressing him, changing him, taking him for a walk or playing with him.
We usually decorate events on the weekends. That's why we'll need you more often to look after Benji on Saturdays. You are also welcome to come along if you like weddings. After that you have the weekend and another day off in the week. (2 days).
Then it would be great if you could vacuum 1-2 times a week, help with the dishwasher and laundry. If necessary, clean (once per month).
We will give you €290 pocket money, we will pay for your health insurance and €80 for your language course.
We'll also pay you half of the Germany ticket, so you can explore the country by train.
