Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are a simple family, parents of Ginevra 6 years old and Edoardo 4 years old - Beautiful children who start nursery school and first grade this year.
We are looking for a girl to join our family, to help us with the children and during the week with household/family chores.
also willing to participate in family trips at her discretion
from our city is possible to move with bus, train over the country - we are near 1km to Como Lake , we are in front of another lake - Montorfano Lake (CO)

Job Description

the day could be the following
- take the children to school in the morning at 8.30
- on the days when Anna is at home in the morning, help with the housework
- on the days when Anna is at work in the morning, she can easily study and do what she prefers
- in the afternoon, the same, on the days when Anna is at home, help with the housework, or study, do what she considers important for her growth or personal growth process
- go to school to pick up the children, and maybe take them to swimming, soccer, dance or help them complete their homework if possible

Basically what an older sister/brother would do in a family :)
About the pocket money/allowance we can discuss in base of to the commitment that the person will make to the family and children

we just bought a 450 square meter villa and there are 3 rooms and a tavern
the person who will join our family will be able to decide whether to have one of the rooms on the upper floors or have their own total autonomy in the tavern with Own Bathroom
All the house is covered by a Enterprise Wi-fi System and all Streaming APPS on each special TV in each Room
