Welcome Letter to the Au Pair
We are looking for someone to join us from May. We have had an Au Pair since just before our 8 year old was born and so we are obviously used to having someone living with us (as are the boys!) We have had good relationships with all of our au pairs are still in touch with many of those that have previously worked for us.
We need someone who will help with things like morning and evening routines, helping with drop offs and pick ups for school and any extra activities (e.g. tennis and football), some evening babysitting etc.
Job Description
I work out a timetable at the beginning of each week - which is generally the same week on week during the term time - to allow you to know when you will have free time etc.
Full outline will be provided if you would like to learn more. 35 Hours p/week, plus 2 nights babysitting (although we often don't require both nights)
We pay £150 p/week plus overtime if required. In addition to this is a generous food allowance to spend however you like in the weekly shop. We will also give you a travel allowance to cover the cost of taking the older boy on the underground to/from school.

Accommodation
We have a fairly spacious semi-detached house set over 3 floors. The boys are on the top floor with their own bathroom and we (parents) are on the 1st floor. We have a large kitchen/play area which leads out to a smallish garden (most gardens in London are!) This is the room we spend most time in during the day when the boys are at home.
