Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello! :)
We are a family of 4.
My name is Joana, and my husband is Nuno (we are 36 years old). We have 2 kids, Estrela (she’s 11) and Simão (he’s 4).
We live in Porto, very close to city center.
We have buses very close to our house and the metro is a 5-minute walk away.
We are looking for an Au Pair to help us with the kids, play with them, and we want them to improve their language skills in English and Spanish.
Me, Nuno and Estrela lived in London for 3 years, so we are very comfortable with the language. We also speak Spanish (inicial level) as we love the language and Estrela and Simão learn Spanish in their school.
