Immediately after high school my sister went to Asia as an au pair for a year and had an incredible time- that was my first exposure to the world of au pair's.
As a nanny, I was energetic and excited. I come into your space non-judgmental and supportive.
I love the chaos of a busy house !
In the past I have done some housekeeping (sweeping, dishes, laundry, packing lunches for school).
I emphasize artistic expression and focused on spending time in nature. Learning names of local species, collecting mushrooms, gardening, flower pressing, ect.
I am a zero screen time caretaker. I feel most comfortable with families that are aware and practice caution with unsupervised screen time (whether that be TV, iPad, computer, phone, ect.). I have no problem in guiding parents with how to best move away and reduce screen usage.
I would like to become an au pair as a means of seeing a new part of the world while still having the support of a family and security of work. I love children and I love travelling, au pair seems like a perfect match with the right family!
