Hello!

My name is Ewelina, I'm 23 years old and currently studying Psychology at the Catholic University of Lublin in Poland. Last year, I had the incredible opportunity to spend an academic year in Spain thanks to the Erasmus+ program. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.

Living abroad taught me so much – especially about myself. I learned how important it is to trust your intuition and believe in your abilities. I also became more independent, learned to overcome challenges, and discovered how fulfilling it is to explore the world on your own terms. Spain was a perfect place for personal growth and connecting with people from different backgrounds. It also helped me improve practical skills like orientation and time management.

I consider myself an open-minded and friendly person. I enjoy meeting new people and I love being around others. I’m creative and adventurous – I like drawing, traveling, trying new things, and I have a passion for volleyball. I really enjoy spending time with children and I believe they feel comfortable around me. I deeply value their honesty, sensitivity, and unique view of the world – no one is more genuine than a child.

I want to become an au pair because I see it as a great adventure and a chance to grow. I’m fascinated by different cultures and traditions, and I believe that while I’m still young, I should take every opportunity to explore the world. The au pair program is not only a way to learn and experience new things, but also a chance to find my place in the world.

Why should a host family choose me? Because I’m loyal, honest, and very responsible. I always keep my word and live by the rule: duties first, fun later. I’m a cheerful and creative person who enjoys playing and spending quality time with children. Like everyone, I sometimes have bad days, but I try to stay optimistic and look at life with perspective and hope. I’m naturally positive and open, which people often notice right away – I like to believe I radiate good energy.

Although I don’t have formal work experience with children, I come from a big family and grew up surrounded by siblings. This taught me responsibility and how to care for others from an early age. Having siblings showed me the importance of support and unconditional love – even when things get tough, family always comes first.
In addition, during my second year of university, I took part in preschool classroom observations as part of my studies.
