Hello possible host family,

My name is Georgie, and I have just finished my A-levels this year. I have applied to study Psychology at university starting from September 2025.

I am the youngest of three children and have loved being around and caring for little one's since I was very little. Children make me very happy and I love to engage in fun games and read stories.

Having experienced a wonderful childhood with amazing parents I would love to replicate the skills I have learnt from them with other children.

My mum unfortunately passed away when I was 15, which has increased my independence levels enormously. I am the only girl in a house full of boys so I tend to take on the traditional women roles of cooking healthy meals and keeping things tidy. These are tasks that I generally enjoy, especially cooking/baking which has been a hobby for years. I am passionate about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and looking after yourself both physically and mentally, which I hope to encourage in the children that I will be looking after.

I also have lived with pets (mainly dogs) since I was born, and I love all animals and opportunities to care for them. Being in a pet household would be a bonus never a negative!
