Letter to the family

1. My name is Eryka and I am 24 years old. I have lived in Texas my whole life and only speak English. I work as a manager at a local theater and love working in customer service since it means i get to bring joy to others.
2. I want to beable to go somewhere new and bring joy to others, learn about other cultures, and see a new side of the world where I can form new friendships along the way.
3. I am a quite, kind person who strives to keep everyone happy if possible. I am happy to clean up after myself, take care of animals if needed, cook basic meals for myself, and am willing to learn anything.
4. While I dont work in childcare, I have helped out with kids for as long as I can remember since I grew up with over 10 younger cousins. I loved volunteering at the local church when I was off at college with the daycare program they had whenever I could. If there is something I dont know how to do, I will strive to learn so that i can do whatever is needed. I can be flexible and reliable.

Experience

I have never been an Aupair before so this would be a new experience for me. But I have babysat a lot over the years with either little cousins or children of friends of the family. One of my biggest passions in life is travel. So I want to get the chance to go abroad and experience new cultures and build long lasting friendships. While I currently only speak English, I have tried my hand at learning a bit of Italian and Japanese for fun in the past, but this could be a better chance for me to really truly learn and put to use a second language.
