Hello, Future Host family!
My name is Elizabeth, I’m 25 years old, and I’m from Mexico. I recently completed my first experience as an au pair in Europe, and I’m excited and ready to begin a new chapter!

Throughout my life, I’ve been dedicated to childcare in both personal and professional settings. Becoming an au pair allowed me to combine my love for children with my passion for learning about new cultures, and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

What I enjoy most about spending time with children is seeing how they express themselves and witnessing the beautiful process of discovering their identity. I love encouraging creativity, independence, and open communication in a warm and respectful environment.

Some of my favorite hobbies include drawing, dancing, writing, cooking, and crocheting — and I’m always happy to share those with the little ones! I also value routines, healthy boundaries, and adapting to the individual needs of each child.

Currently, I’m seeking an au pair opportunity in a country where I can learn a new language and immerse myself in a different culture, as I truly enjoy exploring and experiencing new things.

Experience

My experience caring for children began within my own family, as I’m the eldest and have always naturally taken on a caregiving role. Over the years, I’ve also looked after children through various jobs, which helped me build strong and versatile childcare skills.

Most recently, I completed my first au pair experience abroad, where I cared for a young child and supported the host family with daily routines and developmental activities. This experience deepened my love for working with children and confirmed how much I enjoy being part of their growth — especially watching them express themselves, explore their creativity, and develop their unique identity.
Traveling while learning a new language and immersing myself in other cultures has always been one of my biggest dreams. Being an au pair gives me the opportunity to experience everyday life in a new country, connect with a local family, and contribute in a meaningful way by caring for children.

I believe this cultural and emotional exchange is incredibly valuable — not only do I get to support a family, but I also learn and grow through the experience.

My current goal is to continue improving my English until I can speak it naturally and confidently. In the long term, I would love to learn other languages and keep discovering different cultures and ways of life.
