Pia (19 / Ms. ), German, Unemployed living in Germany looking for Au Pair job in Norway & Sweden for 6-9 Months

Hi my name is Pia. I'm 18 years old and come from Germany where I am going to finish my Abitur this year. After that, I am going to work and travel through Europe with a friend of mine. I'm a creative person and I like to sing, read or write my own stories. But I also have active hobbies like rock climbing, dancing, hiking or skiing.
Since I would like to study in October, 2024, I have the other half of the year for free and I'd really like to spend this time with a host family in Northern Europe. I've been to Sweden once as a child and got a first impression of the life up in the North. I really liked the nature, the animals and even met a moose.
I'm a great fan of traveling and meeting new people and also learning more about other countries. That's why I would like to be an au pair.
I considered au pair because of the opportunity to live in a foreign country together with native speakers and hopefully become a part of the family. I am a family person and close bonding is important to me. I already have experience in childcare since I took care of my little brother or children from the village I live in. Becoming part of a family from abroad and learning about their culture and language is an experience I would really like to make.
