Dear Host Family,

My name is Molly, I am 18 years old, and I am an American looking to learn about other cultures while also sharing my own. I’m thrilled about the opportunity to become part of your family as an au pair and look forward to meeting everyone!

I have several experiences from working with children in both volunteering and babysitting roles. Through my church, I’ve volunteered at multiple youth events, including organizing and assisting with Vacation Bible School, where I helped guide and engage children in various indoor and outdoor activities. In addition, I’ve provided babysitting services for children primarily in the upper elementary age range. My most consistent babysitting experience was with a 10-year-old boy, where I was responsible for his care over an extended period of his school year. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and an enjoyment of working with kids.

I’m creative, patient, passionate, and love outdoor activities like biking, walking, skating, and doing arts and crafts. I have graduated from an arts high school in America where I have been practicing visual arts for four years. My passion and main hobby is painting and I would love to share that knowledge with your family. I am also very interested in learning new languages, and I believe being an au pair is a perfect opportunity for that.
