Tabitha (23 / Ms. ), British & South-African, Child Care Worker living in United Kingdom looking for Au Pair job in Australia, Germany, Italy, USA & Greece for 1-2 Months

NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR THIS YEAR - Hello! I am a 22-year-old newly graduated Law student, but having done 6 months with a firm, I am re-training to be a teacher come September 2024. I am looking to start au pairing during the upcoming summer holidays, however if the right situation arises I would be happy to start slightly earlier!

I have a variety of experiences working with children from ages 4+, including working in schools as a Teaching Assistant, coaching cheerleading, and babysitting (including toddlers).
I also have experience caring for children with disabilities as a young carer for my brother who was very ill, and would be very open to getting to know your individual child's needs. I am also currently a Teaching Assistant working 1-1 with a child with severe ADHD.
I have first-aid training, but this is something I would like to brush up on.

I am eager to learn about new cultures and explore new places, and I love working with children. I also love to read and cook, am very sociable, and would be happy to help wherever I can.
I enjoy sports, and would be more than happy to get actively involved with the children. I also understand the importance of learning and education, so would be more than willing to find fun ways of incorporating this into play.
Having had an au-pair when I was younger, I understand the importance of the position, and the connection required to make it work!
