My name is Mercy and I’m so excited about the opportunity to become a part of your family as an au pair. I’m writing to introduce myself and share a little about who I am, what I love, and why I’ve chosen to become an au pair.

I come from Namibia , and I’m 26 years old. I grew up in a loving family, and from a young age, I’ve enjoyed caring for children whether it was helping to look after my younger siblings, cousins, or working as a babysitter. I’ve always found joy in connecting with kids, being part of their world, and supporting their growth through patience, creativity, and kindness.

I believe I am highly qualified to be an au pair because of my previous experience in the role, my natural love for working with children, and my responsible, open-minded approach to living in a new cultural environment. Having already worked as an au pair, I fully understand the responsibilities and expectations that come with the role. I have learned how to manage daily routines, build strong bonds with children, and communicate effectively with host families to ensure a happy and harmonious home life.

I hope to bring a warm, supportive presence to your home and become someone your children can trust, play with, and learn from.
