Letter to the family

Dear Future Host Family,

I hope this letter finds you well and filled with anticipation for the journey ahead. As I look forward to continuing my au pair adventure in the Netherlands, I am eager to connect with a new family and share the joys of this experience.

My love for walking, hiking, and travel has not only allowed me to explore the beauty of the Netherlands but has also sparked a deep appreciation for diverse cultures. Having completed a portion of my au pair journey here, I've found immense joy in connecting with children and witnessing their growth.

Exploring my passion for puzzles and paintings, along with my skills in cooking and baking, I hope to bring creativity and warmth to your home. In the Philippines, I engaged in tutoring children, teaching me patience and the importance of fostering a positive learning environment. I find joy in exploring the wonders of the world and look forward to sharing these adventures with your family.

I also want to emphasize that I am easy-going and approachable, making communication comfortable and enjoyable. My flexibility with time allows me to adapt to the needs of the family seamlessly. I look forward to creating a harmonious and welcoming environment in our shared journey.

Thank you for considering me to be a part of your lives. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to your family, learn from each other, and create a home filled with warmth and shared experiences.

Warm regards,
Jewel

Experience

In my first year as an au pair in the Netherlands, it's been quite the journey! Beyond the daily routine, I've had the chance to meet a bunch of awesome people and dive into a new language. Playing board games and trying out different activities with the family have added so much fun to the experience. It's like spicing up an already exciting adventure. The coolest part is feeling the love from the family. Connecting with them, sharing laughs, and creating bonds that they cherish have made this gig feel more like an incredible adventure than just a job. Looking forward, I'm excited to keep soaking in these diverse experiences.
