Dear host family,
My name is Abigail (Abbie) and I'm from a small town in the United States. Growing up I have always had a passion to work with children and as I got older I had the wonderful opportunity to become a summer camp intern and I get to teach kids and play with them and it has really become something that I enjoy. Just a few weeks ago I took my first international trip to Spain after taking three years of Spanish at my high school. I absolutely fell in love with the country and couldn't wait to return. Also in November 2023 my family and I took a trip to Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. After looking at different college and career options I settled on a gap year to become an au-pair which seemed like the best way to combine my love of teaching kids and traveling. I can't wait to begin this amazing journey and would love to become a part of your family!
