I'm a medical student who has just finished my third year at FMUL in Lisbon. I decided to take a year off to dedicate myself to other areas less explored by the university, traveling the world and working, and experiencing other realities, people, and ways of life.

I've never been an Au Pair before, but I have a lot of experience with children and young people, and I believe I'm well-suited for this type of service.

Over the past few years, I've provided numerous training sessions in schools, homes, and communities on topics such as basic health, mental health, sexual health, and drug use prevention. I've also organized and supported several educational and social projects aimed at children and adolescents.

I'm currently in São Tomé, where I'm spending a month training and working directly with children and young people in a community setting. These experiences have helped me develop essential skills such as communication, active listening, empathy, and a sense of responsibility, reinforcing my passion for working with younger people.

I've also traveled extensively alone, so I have a strong ability to handle stressful situations quickly and resolve them with ease.

Furthermore, I know how to cook and grew up in a large family—I have three brothers and many cousins—which gave me great ease from an early age in dealing with children, resolving conflicts, and supporting daily routines with patience and dedication.
