Haley (23 / Ms. ), American, Teacher living in USA looking for Au Pair & Nanny job in Australia, France, Italy, Mexico & Spain for 10-12 Months

My name is Haley, and my passions include childcare and travel. I’ve spent the last four years as a substitute teacher in primary and secondary schools. I started my journey as an educator in 2020, I was employed as a substitute teacher by Lee County School District in Fort Myers, FL. I was able to complete my undergraduate degree alongside my work in the classroom. In 2023, I relocated to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Since moving, I have been employed as a long-term substitute teacher for a secondary school agricultural science class. I've also spent 5 years as a professional dance teacher. I am trained in classical ballet and have experience teaching children aged 3-18 in dance studies. It is through this experience that I have found a true passion for caring for and educating children. I have gained valuable experience in behavior management. I believe that serving as an au pair or tutor will allow me to grow as an educator and give me valuable experience that will serve me in my future career as a classroom teacher.

Traveling and learning about new cultures is incredibly important to me, and I have made it a priority my entire adult life. I am a natural and fluent English speaker, and I have studied Spanish in an academic and recreational setting for the last 3 years. My experience traveling to 18 countries has made me comfortable in new and unfamiliar settings. I am quick and eager to adapt and rise to the challenges that come with living in another country.
