Let me introduce myself. My name is Floriane and I'm 28 years old.
I've been a childcare assistant since I was 19 and have had the opportunity to work with children of all ages. I've also worked as an after-school activity leader and have completed various training courses related to childhood, such as Montessori teaching. I hold a CAP (Certificate of Professional Education and Training) (CAPE) (Certificate of Professional Education and Training), and am currently training for the ATSEM (Teacher Training and Support Worker) exam. At first, I only did this to earn pocket money, but I finally found my calling.
My goal is to best support children in their personal development and provide them with emotional security. By working with several families, I've also been able to learn from children, and I'm committed to integrating individuality into my work because I believe that every child is different and therefore has different needs. I want to provide them with the tools that will allow them to achieve their goals, grow well, and thrive. My main difficulties lie in my level of English, as you can see, but I think going abroad will allow me to improve (during my stay, I would like to take English classes in my free time).
I've been working as a childcare assistant for almost 10 years, but I would like to work with children who have a different culture than French and improve my English. Of course, I would also like to discover another country through this project.
It is important for me to have good communication with parents to ensure a better relationship with the children.
