Hello there! I'm Venessa, but most people call me Nesse. I'm a 20-year-old from the beautiful state of Oregon, and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to tell you a bit about myself and my passion for being an au pair. I come from a large and loving family in Oregon. Growing up in such a bustling household has taught me the value of togetherness, patience, and teamwork. One special aspect of my family is our involvement in fostering children. Witnessing the transformative impact of love, support, and a stable home environment on these kids has been incredibly inspiring to me. It's part of the reason I'm so passionate about becoming an au pair; I want to extend that love and care to families like yours. I have 6 sisters and 3 brothers, of the 10 siblings I am the forth child so I have always been around lots of kids and family. Three of my six sisters were adopted out of the foster system and it is one of the greatest experiences I have had while dealing with children.

Experience

Coming from a large family has given me a deep appreciation for the importance of connections, support, and nurturing environments. I've always been the go to babysitter for my younger siblings, cousins and nieces which has allowed me to develop a strong bond with children.

Growing up I've had lots of children in and out of my house and family which has taught me how care for and support kids where it is needed most. Becoming an au pair is not just about taking care of children; it's about becoming a part of a new family, sharing experiences, and creating lasting memories together. I'm eager to bring my positive energy, creativity, and love for kids into your home. I'm also excited to learn from your family, embrace your culture, and contribute to the growth and development of your children.
