Hello, Host Family! My name is Brenna and I am a newly graduated teacher. At university, I majored in language studies(Portuguese and English), but of all the English modalities(reading, writing, listening, speaking), my "speaking" is not fluent, it is basic, so the AuPair would be an opportunity to learn the language. I have experience with children only as a teacher at school( children aged 11-12 and teenagers aged 17), but I have young cousins and I know how to be careful with children. I have been a Baptist Christian since I was a child and Jesus is the center of my life, so it would be very important for there to be a church nearby fo me to visit. I respect all religions, I love animals and I love reading Brazilian, English, German,Russian and French literature. I do not drink alcohol, I do not smoke and I am passionate about coffee, Jazz and Bossa Nova. As a teacher, as I learn the English language, I can teach everything I know to your children; you will have a calm and patient Aupair.
