Hello there!
I'm Irina, 25 years old and I just graduated in my Master's degree in International relations and migration studies at the University of Pisa. I speak as a mother tongue both italian and romanian, as I am half italian half romanian. Moreover, I speak english at the highest level. I also speak intermediate french, some spanish and some very basic arabic as well.
In the last 1 year and a half I've been a homework help and teacher for 3 bangladeshi children of 9 years old, helping them overcome difficulties with their elementary school progress. I covered every school subject, with a focus on italian grammar and literature, history and mathematics. Being their support, both in educational and personal terms, has been an activity most joyful for me, as I discovered a passion in teaching that I did not imagine before.
Moreover, given my personal background and academic interests, I consider myself a highly adaptable person, open to all living-ways and to different perspectives arising from a multi-lingual and multi-religious settings.
I am currently preparing a PhD proposal, and in the meantime i would love to be part of a cultural exchange and have the opportunity to learn and teach at the same time.
