Mederith (26 / Ms. ), Ecuadorian, Au Pair living in Ecuador looking for Au Pair & Nanny job in Germany, Japan & Norway for 10-12 Months

I have worked in a Gente Menuda kindergarten and I also have children in my family that I have cared for. I take care of my nephews. In this case, Keiko (the daughter of my brother Emilio) and Bastian (son of my sister Jessica), are sweet and energetic children. I prepare their food, help them with their homework, play with them and teach them music or some other fun way. On weekends we spend time in the park, we do a lot of sports and we have picnics. In the evening we go home and prepare some snacks and some drinks like milk and tea. We search for cartoon movies and finally we are ready to eat while watching a movie.

It's a lot of fun because the food always ends before the movie. We are so tired after the day that we prefer to sleep sometimes before the movie ends. At the moment I am working in a kindergarten. There are three areas 1 for children from 3 months to 2 years. Then from 2 to 4 and the last one is 4 and higher. In the babies area, you have to be very attentive. Changing dypers, keeping them busy playing.

The area of ​​children from 2 to 4 years old is a bit complicated because they have a lot of energy, you must be firm and charming at the same time. And finally, the area for children 4 years and older in this area is not too difficult because this child stops when you say stop. They are the most disciplined. They are all so charming and bring you the purest love.
Each one has a special character, so I have problems, but I'm fine with that.
I'm working as an aupair since august 2019. My first exchange program was on august 2019 to USA(I was taking care of 2 little girls of 5 and 11 years old)... After my first exchange I fell in love with the exchange programs so I continue working to the present... At the moment I'm working as an aupair in Riobamba-Ecuador.
I'm taking care of a little baby named Luca. He's 2 years old and we play and learn a lot. I like art(I teach him about things through drawings and colors), music(I can play guitar and Ukulele so I teach him about the sounds, I'm shy to play and sing when my host family is around haha but in the end I can play a song for them), history(dinosaurs and facts about the universe and our planet)

The most important aspect is to listen and be sensitive and have patience. In any relationship there will be a time to get to know the other person. Adapt to them as a human being. The most important thing is to adapt to share a space together, build trust ... and give my best every day. Showing who I am and building that trust. It is not just a job, it is a beautiful experience where you become a babysitter and, hopefully, a friend. You share with them many special moments. Applying Values ​​I can comfortably say that I sincerely enjoy spending time with children and people. Personally, I really appreciate the time I spend with the children because I can see them learn and I will learn. It is an exchange of knowledge in many different ways.

I love spending time with children and learning everything they can teach me every day. They learn a lot from us, but we learn more from them than we think. For me, it is wonderful to see them grow with us and learn, little by little, to be more independent and HAPPY.
