Dear Host Family,

My name is Sabrina de silva, I’m 23 years old and I’m from Brazil. I am writing to express my genuine interest in becoming your au pair and being a part of your family.

I have always enjoyed spending time with children and caring for them. I helped raise my two lovely nephews – a boy and a girl, both now 6 years old – and that experience made me even more sure that I want to work with children and contribute positively to their daily lives.

I graduated in Biological Sciences and currently work as a high school biology teacher in Brazil. I love sharing knowledge, especially about nature, animals, and the environment. I'm passionate about the outdoors, physical activity, and learning new things every day.

As a person, I consider myself active, responsible, cheerful, and curious. I believe these qualities help me connect well with children and adapt easily to new routines and cultures. I am also very interested in learning new languages and discovering new ways of life.

Becoming an au pair is not only a dream, but a path I want to follow to grow personally and professionally, while also helping a family with care, love, and responsibility. I would be very happy to support your family in daily life and become a big sister to your children.

Experience

I have experience taking care of children from a very young age. I helped raise my twin — a boy and a girl, who are now 6 years old — and was actively involved in their daily routines since they were babies. I supported with meals, bath time, educational games, putting them to bed, and outdoor activities. This experience taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, empathy, and creativity with children.

In addition, I have a degree in Biological Sciences and currently work as a biology teacher, which means I’m used to working with young people. I’m passionate about teaching and learning, which helps me connect easily with children of different ages.

I want to become an au pair and babysitter abroad because I see it as a meaningful opportunity for both personal and professional growth. I’m very excited to discover new cultures, improve my language skills, and experience everyday life in a different country.
