Hi! My name is Nessie, and I’m currently a student living in Australia. I come from a big family with three siblings whom I'm very close to, so I’m used to being around lots of people and the chaos that comes with it. I’ve done babysitting in the past, and I’ve always loved the relationship you build with children and their families. People often describe me as kind, empathetic, and patient—traits that I think are especially important when working with children. I also really enjoy working with others, and I’m someone who adapts easily to new environments. I have a natural love of learning and discovering new cultures, which I think fits perfectly with the spirit of being an Au Pair. After being an Au Pair, I aim to go to university and study a Business Degree, majoring in Event Management, Tourism and Hospitality to further explore my love of other cultures. I believe I bring a calm and caring presence, and I’m always happy to pitch in wherever needed—whether it’s helping with homework, playing games, or making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly. I truly enjoy being part of a team and creating a supportive space for children to feel safe and happy.
