Work abroad in Karina's family for 1-2 Months starting from Jul 2024 as an Au Pair to take care of 1 children of 6 - 10 years old in Pocono Lake, Pennsylvania USA

We are a family of three living in Brooklyn but we spend our summers in the Pocono mountains in a community that is about a 2.0-2.5 hour drive from the New York City. We are looking for an au pair for those 5-7 weeks in July-August that we will spend in this summer community.

Our 9 year old boy is generally easy-going and polite but may be a little shy in the beginning. Your responsibilities will primarily include taking care of him on one floor of the house while we (the parents) are busy at our remote work on another floor.

You will be playing and cooking for him, driving him to friends and various activities around the community, doing dishes and some light cleaning. If you can play tennis with him, that would be great. It will mostly be 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays and a few hours on weekend. You may have one day a week completely to yourself and choose to have a day trip to NYC if you want. Of course, you will have your own room in the house and we will pay for your ticket to the United States.
