Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are a family of 3 + a fur baby and soon to new newborn looking for a live in au pair to be a built in bestie for our 2.5 year old son. Our beautiful nanny is moving home and with baby #2 on the way we are looking for a live in position as we are expats without family support locally.

Start Date: Early May.
Duration: At least 3 months.
Location: Coogee Beach. 5 minute walk to Gordon’s Bay and Coogee, playgrounds and the local village, which is full of cafes and shops.
Space: Your own bedroom and bathroom on separate floor from our family.
Compensation: $250 to $300 a week + groceries. Negotiable for the right candidate.

Expectations:
*Being besties with our 2.5 year old son, taking him to the park, beach, fun outings, etc.
*Potentially walking our sweet pup, Nola.
*Light housework including kid’s laundry, and tidying up their toys etc.
*General flexibility while we figure out life with 2 kiddos.
*Main responsibility is helping assist with our super fun and energetic first born while he transitions to being a big brother.

Requirements:
*Must have prior au pair or nanny experience
* WWCC and police check required
*CPR certification
* References required (we are happy to provide our current nanny’s details as a reference for our family).
