Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Originally translated from Deutsch
UPDATE: We found a great au pair and are therefore no longer looking. Thank you to everyone who wrote! And good luck with your search

Hello dear au pair,
We are a small patchwork family from near Stuttgart.
We need a little support for our two boys during the week
The big one (11) is basically completely easy to care for. It's enough if someone is there when he comes home from school and checks that he's doing his homework.
The little one (3) should be taken to kindergarten in the morning (5 minutes on foot) and he will also be happy if you pick him up again at lunchtime. Then there should be something to eat and then he either takes a little nap or wants to play until mom gets home from work. That's basically it. Everything else is subject to agreement and the au pair’s wishes

We live in a small house, quite centrally in town. All important facilities are easily accessible on foot.
Our au pair has their own room with TV and internet. Furniture etc. Whatever you need. Otherwise we have two children's rooms in the attic and a large living/dining area with an open kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a garden to relax in. In addition to us, our two cats also live in the house.
The train, which runs two streets away every 10 minutes, takes you to the center of Stuttgart in 25 minutes.

Job Description

If we don't have enough time in the morning, then the au pair should take little Elio to kindergarten in the morning (approx. 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.) (as written, a 5-minute walk). After that, it's time for free time.
Then prepare a meal at lunchtime. Here you are welcome to cook yourself or we can prepare something that then just needs to be warmed up. Then pick Elio up from kindergarten and have lunch with him. Afterwards he likes to go to sleep for a bit or wants to play.
Mom comes home around 4 p.m. at the latest, then the au pair has free time again.

There are days when we are at home or grandma and grandpa are there, so the au pair basically has completely free time.

Everything else according to arrangement, desire and mood.
We would be happy to discuss the details again in person.
