Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are William and Hélène. My husband is an engineer. I have been a French teacher on parental leave for 5 years. I take care of our 2 children. The youngest who at 18 months will start the child's garden in November 2024. The 5 year old elder goes to a Catholic school where mass and prayer have an important place. My husband speaks English and I a little.
We want to open our children to the world, without the Catholic faith being an obstacle for our Au pair. We have friends in many countries and it is a great richness.
We would like to welcome a young girl who can lend a hand with children, talk to them English (give them lessons) and share our family life.
We don't have a television at home. We favor manual activities, games, sport and walks. We avoid sugar and industrial products. We try to transmit a simple life mode to our children, as well as politeness.
We live next to the Seine where we can make superb walks. We live near the Impressionist island: the landscapes are very beautiful on the edge of the Seine.
15 min walk, there is a small city center with shops.
At the entrance to the residence, there is a bus line. The train station for Paris is 20 min walk or 10 min by bus. Paris is 30 min by train.
The best French lessons are 35 min in public transport. I can also give French lessons.
The Chateau de Versailles is 20 minutes by car.
Bike is a good way to circulate. We can also lend a car.

Job Description

We would like to find a dynamic, cheerful and discreet au pair when necessary, who will be able to help in the daily life of our family: travel by car to schools which are 10 minutes away, travel for school activities. We expect our au pair to share the following values: establishing a relationship of trust, saying things to each other, respecting the Catholic faith, demanding a good education from the children.
Rest days would be Saturday afternoon and Sunday. Free time would be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. We will provide a precise schedule.
Working time would be between 25 and 30 hours per week. Pocket money would be €400. We can participate in French lessons, public transport subscription, mobile phone package. WiFi at home.
It is important to note that children never watch the screens. We try not to be too much on our phones in front of them too. We never put photos of them on internet.

Accommodation

We live in a pretty very wooded town, close to Paris. Our residence is in a park with a lake and a health course. Our apartment is new and we have a large balcony which overlooks the lake where we can see many birds. We have a pretty room for our future Au pair, who overlooks the lake and the balcony. The bathroom and the toilet will be shared with the children. We are looking for a small accommodation in our residence. It would be ideal to be able to welcome our future Au pair.
