Work abroad in Davide's family for 2-6 Months starting from Mar 2024 as an Au Pair to take care of 3 children of 1 - 5 years old & 6 - 10 years old in Long Beach, New South Wales Australia

We were looking forward to hosting our very first Au Pair at the end of March 2024. Unfortunately due to health reason she will be unable to come, so we are looking for a short term placement from late March to mid August 2024 and would love to welcome someone into our family to experience the beautiful area where we live.
We will also be looking for further placements after August 2024.

We live on the South Coast area of New South Wales, Australia, known as “The Nature Coast”. The Eurobodalla Shire is about 300km south of Sydney and About 150kms east of Canberra. It is a place with many beaches, national parks, lakes, rivers and towns.
Batemans Bay is our nearest town of about 16,000 people spread along the coast. With shops and services all just a 5-minute drive. And our house is only a 5 minute walk fromthe beach and a kids playground.
We live in a suburb called Long Beach about 10 km from Batemans Bay. There is a local bus network at the top of our street. There are combination bus-train services to Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra all of which are very affordable.

As part of our family, you can be as involved as you want to. We can show you around the area, take you on bush walks, beach days and day trips etc. or if you are more of a home body can spend these days to yourself.
The climate here is very temperate and there are very few times you need winter jackets.

The reason we need an au pair is that Caroline works shift work and on call and Davide is running his own business which requires attention up until 5pm and some Saturdays. Sometimes our shifts clash and there is no access to childcare after business hours or any before school hours care in this area.
