We are an enthusiastic family in Quanzhou and are looking for a dedicated Au Pair to support our 3-year-old son Edison’s early English development. Here is a detailed overview of what we expect from our children and what we can offer:
Core responsibilities
1️⃣ Daily interaction (5-6 hours a day):

Let Edison participate in children’s role-playing games (such as “supermarket shopping” supermarket role-playing, “doctor seeing a doctor” doctor-patient scenes).
Interactive storytelling courses using English picture books (we will provide a select list of graded books).
Encourage language acquisition through game-based learning (e.g., singing ABC songs while bathing, speaking colors while playing with blocks). Whenever you are with him, don't stop speaking English, even if he doesn't respond in the first place.
2️⃣ Cultural exchange and travel:
• Participate in 1-2 family trips a year (for example, cultural tours in Xi'an, exploring ancient temples in Quanzhou, etc.).
• We will bear all travel expenses, including flights, accommodation and activities.

2️⃣ Women's clothing design and craft development:
• Assist in pattern optimization and fabric selection in summer dress collections.
• Collaborate to improve production workflows and material innovation.
