We are looking for a caring and responsible nanny who will become part of our family and fit into our lifestyle.
**Responsibilities:**
- Childcare (ages 2-3):
- Changing diapers/potty training
- Preparing and feeding meals
- Helping with brushing teeth, dressing, and getting ready for a walk
- Playing on the playground, taking walks around town
- Visiting the library play area, organizing recreational activities, and developmental classes
- Taking the child to club activities, reading aloud in Russian, putting the child to bed, etc.
Generally, direct work with the child takes 3-5 hours per day. Due to the nature of our schedule, exceptions may occur in rare cases. If needed, we also have a nanny nearby.
- Dog Grooming:
- Walking twice a day (approximately 8/9 a.m. for 20 minutes and in the afternoon from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for 30-50 minutes)
- Feeding the dog at 9 a.m. in the morning and sometimes at 6 p.m. in the evening.
**Candidate Criteria:**
- A responsible, optimistic, physically resilient, and stress-resistant girl.
- Loves children and animals, treats people and nature well.
- Has experience working with young children and understands their needs (2-3 years old), knows how to select educational games and activities.
- Speaks Russian well and communicates with the child primarily in Russian (since her father is German and the environment is German-speaking, Dasha already speaks actively, but primarily in German. I would like to cultivate Russian, for which I need the help of a nanny).
- Supports the child's physical activity and provides a safe environment for outdoor play.
- Loves cleanliness and order; I am willing to clean up after myself, my child, and my dog. Helps keep the house clean (putting away toys, loading and unloading the dishwasher, taking out the trash, washing children's clothes in the washing machine, etc.).
- Does not use a cell phone or other digital devices while supervising a child.
- Open to new challenges, sociable, and not afraid to ask questions.
- Doesn't drink alcohol or smoke; no criminal record.
- Flexible schedule. Work is primarily on weekdays (25-35 hours per week), with evenings and weekends usually free.
- Knowledge of hygiene regulations; candidates without long nails are also preferred.
**We offer:**
- A separate room with furniture and a separate bathroom.
- Shared kitchen and shower.
- Meals (shared refrigerator).
- Insurance payments.
- German course fees (€70 per month).
- Pocket money (€280 per month).
We hope for good neighborly cooperation! The main thing is to find a common language with our daughter Daria. If we could become friends, that would be great!
You will look after our daughter and our dog. Even if one of us leaves, we need your help. Daria is a quiet and curious child, but when she cries, you have to be able to stay calm. The most important thing is that you treat our daughter and our dog with love. There will be times when we really need your help, and there will be times when things will be quieter. We look forward to meeting you!
P.S.: Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate au pairs from Russia because my mother is from Russia.
"The host family should speak German as their native language. If German is not spoken by both host parents as their native language, but only as a family language, neither host parent may be from the au pair's home country."
