MY LETTER TO MY HOST FAMILY

Dear Host Family,

My name is Cynthia Achieng. I'm female and 27 years old. I live in Nairobi Kenya from continent Africa. I'm a graduate pursued undergraduate in Bsc Microbiology.
I'm hardworking,kind, loving, understanding, patient,easy-going,responsible, open-minded and I love taking care of kids,their health,safety and happiness.

I would like to become an Aupair having the experience since I've been an Aupair before in my country Kenya from 2021 to 2023.Also I come from a family of 10 grandchildren me being an elder one.And when you are the oldest child in a family you are always looked at and expected to be a role model and to look after all the younger children and be responsible and gentle around them. I'm good at cooking, bathing and dressing the kids,dropping and picking the kids from school,helping the kids do homework,do other house house chores such cleaning and organizing the house,doing laundry etc. I'm also good in babysitting.

The candidate should host me because I'm calm-collected person,and quick learning always come in handy when dealing with situations. I'm very patient when playing with kids or taking them on a day out it means alot to them.

I would qualify as an Aupair as I have an ability to bond with kids and also blending with them very easily and as a result being able to be their mentor in different aspects of life and also be like their big sister. I am searching for a host family that would be happy to have me as part of their family,to family that are kind, welcoming and willing to learn new language and culture. I am looking for a long stay with my host family for one year or more depending on the connection formed with the family.
