Dear lovely host family,
My name’s Sasikan, but you can call me Ning : ).
I’m 26 years old and was born in the town of Chiang Mai, which is in the northern mountains of Thailand. My strengths are that I am cheerful, open-minded, fun, talkative, and responsible. I also love nature, children, cooking, and learning about different cultures around the world which always excites me. I have over 3,000 hours of experience working in childcare.
I have worked with special needs children at the Disability Support Services of Chiang Rai,
(a town close to the northern border of Thailand), Rajabhat University in Thailand. I also taught students in Indonesia as well as having undertaken an internship at the school of the Deaf. I also work as an extra-curricular tutor in the evenings after school. I also know how to use both Thai and American sign language (ASL). And I can also speak a little bit of French.
