Hello Dear Family!

I'm Emília, 39 years old, Portuguese and Brazilian (half Portuguese- mother’s family, half Italian - father’s family, born in Brazil), no kids, sales woman, teacher, personal chef and sommelier; with degree in Teaching (one of the best German schools), Gastronomy and Sommelier at the best and major University for chefs in Brazil.

Before that I almost finished the Law School, but I preferred to surprise people on a good way.

I always have enjoyed to take care of others, since my students to seniors, pets, anyone that have needed personal care

Since I was a child I have been cooking. I have started with 8 years old, cooking some cakes, pizzas, pastas to my friends and family, showing my talent and natural gift, with entertainment, foods, pets, babies and everyone that wanted a little bit more of love and caring.

I also have worked in a few hotels, restaurants and companies (food industries), with events, staff training, rosters, customer service, wine tastings and sales, developing menus and recipes, undercover client and others roles. Managing and training staff teams from 5 to 50 people (waiters, cooks, etc.), private and big events (5 to 3000 guests), culinary classes up to 30 students (kids and adults). For now I’m preferring personal care or small groups.

I have an exceptional attention to details and perfection (when needed), excellent organisational skills, self-starter, quick learner, flexible, hard-working, responsible, multi-task, honest, with a positive and kind attitude always and I really like team work.

All my education and previous roles developed on me many skills and knowledge to deal with all kind of ages, personalities, services, products, customers and environments.

After all those years I have enjoyed about the challenges that I needed to deal, the relationship with my clients (colleagues and partners also), each achieved goal, each development and let them happy, satisfied and surprised.

I know that unexpected things can happen, but depend of each one to keep the focus, treat very well all people involved to complete and give a wonderful and excellent experience, the best package ever (a great day, team work, products and/or services).

I’m looking forward to share, to learn and to grow with all the experiences, knowledge and everything else that we can have for the best to the kids and for us, professional and personal growth.

I believe that everyone need to know and learn that making anything with love we can feed the soul, we can spread love, cherish and give a great and remarkable experience through the life.
I also believe that we can always make a difference in the world.

One of my biggest passions is to travel and becoming an au pair would be great, experiencing another culture, sharing and learning. It’ll be amazing for sure!
